bred for the purpose drawing sleds in snow. Nature has given
this type of dogs a very thick insulated coat that keep them
warm in hostile cold climates and these dogs are poor performers
in warmer or hot climates.
Due
to presence of more than required hair, these dogs shed hair
frequently and hence require regular brushing and it is not
advisable to go for this breed of dog if you are allergic
to hair. However, this breed can serve the purpose of a friendly
companion and extend all its playful nature to you and your
kids in snow. You need to give this type of dog a good exercise
and note to train them early for better socialization and
obedience.
